My Username is taken?

You can use variants of your name although you cannot use capitals in your username. The system will force lowercase letters for now, we say for now because we are still unsure as to whether this should be allowed i.e. Paul is quite different to paul even though they are pronounced the same the computer will pick out the capital P as quite different from its lowercase counterpart, this is OK until us humans are conversing with the two Paul’s it may get a little confusing, for this reason for now that’s the way it is, try using a name like Paul as paulg or paul50 etc. this should solve your problem…

What about passwords?

These are truly case sensitive making lots of combinations i.e. you can try something like pREttY,  but please remember it otherwise you will not be able to log on to the system.
